If a booking is cancelled at short notice, it will be subject to part or full payment.   See details below.

Please respect that it can be hard to rearrange bookings, especially if dogs have been matched with others for group walks.

We appreciate as much notice as possible if changes need to be made. 

Where bookings can be amended, we will do our best to keep cancellation fees to a minimum.

If a booking needs to be cancelled, please give as much notice as possible. This will allow any necessary rescheduling and avoid disruption. 

Dog Walk Cancellations

There are many reasons why a cancellation may occur...
 
If you are aware of dates when you are away or you know your pets won’t need walking for whatever reason, providing as much notice as possible for these changes is greatly appreciated.
If you do need to cancel booked services at the last minute, each case will be discussed with you individually. 

However, as a general rule, I need to charge as follows;
Cancellations on the day of a service will incur a 100% charge.
Cancellations the evening before the service (after 5pm) will incur a 50% charge.
Please understand that I have a waiting list on some walks/days so if I receive cancellations early enough, I can then offer these spaces to other dogs. 

Bookings cancelled with more than 24hours notice or the day before will not incur a charge but we stress that this can upset scheduling for the next day.
