About Paws Assured...
Paws Assured offers dog walking services in Shoreham-by-Sea and surrounding areas.
It is owned and run by myself,
Philippa.
I am a fully insured and DBS checked dog walker, with up to date canine First Aid training.
I currently offer group dog walks, home visits and weekend house sitting. Please see details of my services and prices below/on other pages of this site or contact me directly to chat about your animals.
I have always loved dogs. Growing up with them in my family home, training my own and friends/family dogs and even fostering. I have experience and am confident with a range of sizes, behaviours and personalities from Dachshunds to Dobermans, Labradors to Lurchers and all sorts of hounds in between!
Since becoming a dog walker, I have met and worked with a variety of different dogs and people and have loved every minute - even out in the cold and wet!
I am particular about what dogs I group together - I trial all new dogs (on solo walks, in groups or both) to make sure that I am the best dog walker for you and that your dogs get on with the other sofa I have.
My dog walking groups are well established - I have some dogs I've walked regularly for 6 years - and keeping the group dynamics happy and stress free (for the dogs and myself) is very important to me. If your dog doesn't 'fit' with a particular group, I will openly and honestly discuss this with you and try to find space elsewhere.
I pride myself in doing what's best for your pet by keeping you up to date with how they get on. Whether it's behaviour, weather changes, if they've rolled and had a shower (I carry a portable shower system and fix poo shampoo in my van!) or simply how much fun they've had with their canine friends!
From my background as a teacher, I'm used to communicating with different people in different ways and I have British Sign Language Level Two.
Leaving your pets in the capable hands of Paws Assured
means they will get the special attention they need when you're not around.

Dog Walks
From £15
1 hour Walks in a group of dogs.
First trial walk half price!
Discounts for multiple walks or additional dogs from the same household.
On or off lead walks, behaviour and location dependent.
All needs discussed and trial walks available prior to group walks.
Home Visits / Drop-ins
£10 - £12
We offer drop-ins and extended visits in the home for company, toilet breaks, medical needs and feeding.
1 - 1, Solo Walks
£10 - £20
This service is if a dog is unable to walk in a group.
For example, due to being in season, behavioural needs or recovering from an injury or operation.
All needs must be discussed prior to a 1-1 walk.
Cancellations
Sometimes things happen...
Due to circumstances out of our control, things change.
In some of these situations, times and locations of bookings can be amended but please respect the cancellation policy.
If a booking is cancelled at short notice, it will be subject to part or full payment.
